Don Hardaway received his CPA certificate from the State of California in 1976. Since then he has served individuals and businesses in Bakersfield and the surrounding areas as their tax and accounting advisor. Don has experience in all phases of public accounting. His specialties include management services, income taxes, financial planning and estate planning. His auditing experience covers private businesses, special service districts and non-profit organizations.

Oscar Axume received his CPA certificate from the State of California in 2004. He received his degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Accounting from California State University Northridge in 1997. Since then, Oscar has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses in the greater San Fernando and Central Valley areas. Oscar’s expertise ranges from basic tax management and accounting services to more in-depth services such as financial statement compilations, reviews and financial planning.

Ken Weir received his CPA certificate in 1981 after graduating from California Sate University Bakersfield. Since then, he has been providing quality, personalized financial guidance to local individuals and businesses in the greater Bakersfield and surrounding areas. Ken's expertise include management consulting, and financial management for the construction industry. Also, he provides business development, organizational developtment, executive coaching and succession planning services to corporations and small businesses.
